Multifamily Regional Manager - Atlanta, GA

The Regional Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations and overseeing and enhancing the value of a diverse portfolio of A level multifamily assets, employing and developing the staff, and maintaining positive resident relations. In additions, Regional Managers must:

  • Possess knowledge of Property Management Software applications
  • Be organized and strong in budget development and management
  • Posses recruiting and leadership development skills
  • Posses marketing, resident retention and resident relations skills
  • Be able to prioritize tasks and create time to improve upon existing systems and policies
  • Innovate and develop policies to simplify and streamline multifamily operations
  • Set leasing and income goals that challenge and reward driven team members
  • Insure that assets are maintained with care and a commitment to future growth
  • Handle resident disputes and customer service issues with efficiency and emotional intelligence

Regional Managers are responsible for complying with all state federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing. A minimum of 8 years experience in property management and a college degree are prefferred. Applicants with CAM, ARM, or CPM certification will be prioritized.

Leasing Consultant - Atlanta, GA - Naples, FL - Bonita Springs, FL

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, including:

  • Generating and handling traffic
  • Leasing apartments
  • Qualifying prospects
  • Preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures
  • Convey resident service requests to the Maintenance Staff
  • Assist the manager with competition market research
  • Handle telephone and internet traffic
  • Showing “ready” apartments
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, e-mail

High School Diploma required; college degree ideal. Drug test, criminal background check and reliable transportation required. This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.

Maintenance Technician - Atlanta, GA - Naples, FL - Bonita Springs, FL

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by the company. General areas of responsibility are:

  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner
  • Make apartments ready for move-in
  • Report any maintenance problems to the supervisor
  • Assist supervisor in controlling expenses
  • Follow-up on service requests and insure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Strong commitment to company goals and values
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Good communicator and listener
  • Possess and continually improve technical skills in all areas of property maintenance
  • Previous maintenance experience, some prior apartment maintenance experience
  • High School graduate; technical school preferred but not required
  • HVAC Certification
